The Town of Wasaga Beach is currently seeking two (2) volunteer members to serve on the Economic Development & Tourism Advisory Committee:
- One (1) member-at-large representing the general business community.
- One (1) stakeholder member who is either:
- an economic development and/or tourism stakeholder, or
- an individual with a demonstrated interest in a market-ready business.
About the Committee
The Economic Development & Tourism Advisory Committee is an advisory body to Council that provides local perspectives and strategic advice to support:
- Identifying priority market sectors;
- Reviewing and contributing to the development of policies, programs, and initiatives;
- Encouraging job creation, sustaining employment, and supporting business development in the Town of Wasaga Beach.

Eligibility & Commitment
- Residency: Applicants must be residents of the Town of Wasaga Beach.
- Availability: Members must be able to attend daytime, bi-monthly meetings.
