Capital projects (storm drainage, municipal servicing and roads) including development of four and ten year forecasts, budgeting, design, construction administration and assumption for municipal infrastructure.

Updating municipal asset database / asset management.

Engineering review of development applications including pre-consultation, design / construction review and final acceptance / assumption.

Preparation of Engineering Standards.

Procurement of services via RFP and Tenders for professional consultation and construction works that will not be completed by the Town Engineering and Public Works forces.
